These can be emotionally challenging times.The last thing you need now is ferocious litigation. I have excellent rapport with my colleagues and I strive to settle my clients’ cases out of court whenever possible using a firm
but civil and friendly approach.
Court should only be resorted to if all else fails.
Since most case do settle eventually, there is no reason why settlement should not happen sooner than later.
